This informs whom ever reads my book, The First One’s In, that on page 87 an editing error occurred. I was a founding member of the association. I was not responsible for the formation of the bylaws or running of the monthly meetings. I was not the one responsible for getting the association the tax exempt status. This error was not intended to reflect on the members who have worked very hard to get these things done. The story I was writing about was the formation of the honor guard of which I was very proud of the outcome. The editing picks up the honor guard shortly after the editing error. I’m very sorry for the mistake that I should’ve caught in my reading.
